Hello! My name's AJ and I am "Fit English", your English language personal trainer!
Why a "language personal trainer"? Similar to how a personal trainer helps you
with your body, health and fitness at the gym, I help you with your English.
Language skills need to be worked on, and through training, exercise and good
coaching, we can achieve your English goals.

My services are:

I have been tutoring English for more than five years. I have worked as an ESL
teacher in Australia, New Zealand and Germany. I have also proof read
documents – mostly university essays and postgraduate theses – for many years.

I am mobile and will travel to you. We can meet at your home, at a library, at a
cafe, anywhere. I do not charge for travel within Brisbane or Logan. If you live
outside of these cities, there is an extra $20 charge.

I love English! It is my passion and it is my culture. I have studied English for
many years and have helped hundreds of people – native and non-native
speakers – reach their goals in the English language. I completed my TESOL
qualifications at university, where I also studied English language, literature and the
history of English. I am highly knowledgeable about various English dialects and
accents. I know rules about spelling and can assist with many interesting
grammar and language-related questions. Furthermore, I am able to help you with
your pronunciation, how to speak with good intonation and increase your
confidence in speaking out loud.
