I have been tutoring at secondary and tertiary level for more than 16 years.

In 2010 and 2008 I received the Dean's Commendation for Excellence in Teaching at
Monash University. I was a philosophy examiner for the International
Baccalaureate for four years and have also worked as an examiner in religion for
the English GCE.

I am currently an advisor to Victorian Educational Board of Studies for the selection of VCE philosophy text and provide teacher support for VCE Philosophy

I offer tutoring sessions in a variety of locations including local libraries, the Melbourne State Library or Melbourne University or from my own residence. In addition I can offer tutoring in the student's home for an additional charge.

Or ...for student convenience I also provide tutorials on-line via email or Skpe video link.

I provide either regular or occassional sessions for students from year 11 to postgraduate and profressionals.


I am available week days and most evenings. Please Note I do not work weekends.






Experience
I have been teaching at universities in Melbourne for more than 16 years, including Latrobe, Monash and Deakin. I have also taught for the Council of of Adult Education and the Kyklos philosophy group.

I am a consultant to the Victorian Government on texts for VCE philosophy and offer support of teachers of VCE philosophy. I have been an examiner for the International Baccalaureate and the UK GSCE. I've been assisting Secondary School students for 10 years.
