I am a fully registered Japanese teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers. I have been teaching for more than 8 years. I have lived in Japan for 2 years.

I specialise in teaching high school students. I am also happy to teach adults who need some basics for holidaying in Japan; going to teach English in Japan; or have an interest in Japan and its culture.

I prefer well structured lessons ie using a set textbook, interesting worksheets, Japanese magazines, websites and so on (I can supply copies of these which is included in the tutoring price). I also enjoy using interactive Japanese websites. I can also cater for students wishing to have lessons via webchat or webcam. I can cover all macroskills - listening, reading, writing (inculding kanji), and speaking.

I am available after school and on weekends.
