Miss Jennifer Zhou - Ormond, Melbourne
I'm a second year university student studying Medicine at Monash University. I
graduated in 2010 as the DUX of Lauriston Girls' School after receiving a perfect
score of 45 in the International Baccalaureate program, meaning that I received the
highest score possible in each of my subjects. This equates to
a VCE ATAR of 99.95.
Obviously it wasn't long ago that I was a student myself, so I have a great
understanding of what school is like, what people might find hard in certain
subjects, which things should be studied and how, and what teachers and
examiners might be looking for in your answers. I have textbooks and notes in all
my subjects, and I also clearly remember the stress that comes with your
last few years of school, so I can give you a few tips on keeping up with all the
work. I'm very easy going, patient and friendly, and I think it's pretty hard to be
intimidated by me!
In terms of lesson structure, this is mostly up to the student. I can
help you with things you are finding difficult in class, help you with homework,
look at notes or extra work for you, or teach you new concepts. We can work this
out together to find the way that best suits you and your learning.
Feel free to contact me via phone (0434502089) or email (jennifer-
zhou@live.com.au) if you have any questions or would like to organise a lesson.
