Mrs Michelle Wieland - Mill Park, Melbourne

I am a qualified and highly motivated secondary teacher who has taught year 7-11 English, year 9 -12 Psychology and year 7-11 Humanities. I am currently on maternity leave and am availble most week nights and weekends.

I enjoy working with secondary students and helping them work through difficult issues. In particular, I am passionate about Psychology and feel I could offer a lot as a tutor. I have had experience teaching the current study design and have relevent notes, activities and practise exams. I am available for tutoring in Secondary Psychology (Year 11 and 12) and English (grade 4 to year 10. No VCE at the moment.) Lessons can be at your place, my place or an agreed neutral place.

The VCE student will be responsible for what they want to do/learn each session. However I will provide additional textbooks and worksheets as required. Year 7-10 sessions will be structured as required.

Experience
I have previous experience tutoring:
- numerous VCE Psychology students
- numerous English students (Grade 4 to Year 12)
- one student in I.E.L.T's preparation

Qualifications
I am a qualified secondary teacher and prior to going on maternity leave was English and Psychology co-ordinator. I have taught English, Humanities and Psychology to a variety of levels. I received my Diploma of Education from the University of Melbourne in 2005. My method areas of teaching are Psychology and Studies of Society and Environment. I also have a degree in Psychology from the University of Ballarat.
