My name is Nicole Sammer and I am a highly qualified teacher of English to International students who has taught both in Australia and overseas in various settings: privately, in schools and at Universities. As well as having taught English at various language schools, I have most recently been teaching English at University (for the last 6 years) and have been helping students prepare for and succeed in their university studies.

All of my lessons are tailored to each individual. I write an individualised course for each of my students according to the areas they want or need to improve in. Whether this is speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, essay writing, uni/college support, business english, general english, academic english, university or high school preparation, conversation skills or simply english for fun, I am qualified and experienced in teaching in all areas and about all aspects of the English language.

Are you (or do you know anyone who is) interested in learning German? I am also a highly qualified and experienced teacher of German and have been teaching the language both in Australia and Europe for the last 12 years. I am a native speaker of both English and German, have lived and taught in Austria and travel to both Germany and Austria regularly.

Qualifications
I am a highly qualified and experienced teacher of languages.
I studied a Bachelor of Arts (German, French, English) at the University of Sydney and a Master of Teaching (Languages) at the University of Sydney.
I am qualified to teach English, German, French and Japanese.

As well as my University studies, I have also completed many other language/teaching courses. These have included the Cambridge RSA CELTA which specialises in the teaching of English to Adults, as well as several specialist courses in teaching different language skills.

I have also studied Business Management and am currently completing my studies in Language Teaching Management.

As well as being a native speaker of both English and German, I am also an advanced speaker of French and intermediate speaker of Japanese.
I wish to add to my language skills by studying Chinese in the near future.
