I am a qualified chartered accountant with many years experience in both
Chartered and Commercial firms. Also having completed the CA Program and can
offer a fresh approach to both students at Bachelors and/or Post-graduate level
wanting to learn the concepts in subjects such as accounting, taxation, audit,
management accounting.

My main focus it to teach accounting in an easy to understand and insightful
manner. If you are studying, the goal is obviously to pass the exam and I'll try my
best you get there, but more importantly you thoroughly understand the concepts
and gain a much deeper understanding of accounting and can take this away to
use further in your degree, career or business.

Experience
I tutor all levels from beginner to masters level in financial / management accounting,
consolidations audit, taxation. My vast experience in both the accounting profession
and commercial environment will give students a lot of practical insight and you'll
hopefully gain an appreciation and walk away feeling a lot more confident. This is my
opportunity to give something back to students and an opportunity for students to get
one-on-one coaching with a real accountant.

Qualifications
I'm a qualified chartered accountant, have a double degree in business / commerce
(accounting) from Macquarie University. I've worked in various industries such as
Chartered Accounting (Big 4), wholesale distribution, transportation, retail, mining &
oil/gas.

I'm also on my way to becoming an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management with a distinction average. So can significantly help with exam preparation and the right techniques for passing and excelling in exam situations.
