Vikki grew up in northeast of China - Chang Chun. It is widely known in China that people from this part do not have any dialect, speak very standard and correct Mandarin.

Vikki finished B.A. in Chinese Language and Literature in Northeast Normal University(NENU) in Chang Chun. The universities with the name of 'Normal' in China means they are aim to educate students as potential teachers after study. NENU is in the top three Normal Universities in China. It is highly regarded that produces teachers of an excellent standard.

Before Vikki came to Australia, she was a Chinese subject teacher for students at Year 10 and 11 in a top standard academic high school in Chang Chun. Teaching and tutoring Mandarin to overseas students in her spare time. For years, she has been teaching and tutoring Mandarin to different nationalities, different ages, and different targets.

Vikki also has years of remarkable experience in translation. During she was studying in university, she started translation in assisting professor to translate Shakespeare's famous quotes. Several times being translator and guide for ambassadors while they were visiting international trade shows in China. Also countless times of interpreting and translation experience in Australia.
