Ms Whitney Huntley - Kensington, Sydney

I am a conscientious tutor who will help you strategise, hone your study skills, meet deadlines and help
you with course content as well. I am primarily a social scientist and have tutored English, Sociology,
History, intro to Environmental Studies, as well as beginning Math. I enjoy helping students meet their
goals by capitalising on their strengths and helping them to improve their weaknesses. I am available
from 5-9pm on weekdays and from 10-6pm on Sat/Sun. However, Saturdays and Sundays must be
planned well in advance. I am available to teach upper primary, secondary, or university students.
Currently, I am tutoring university and adult students.

Experience
I have been tutoring English, sociology, and political science since I was an undergraduate student. I
worked at Lindamood-Bell Learning Centre prior to coming to Australia and worked with students
experiencing literacy difficulties as well as reading comprehension issues. I also taught at the Logan
School for Creative Learning, a school for gifted youth requiring an accelerated academic program.
Currently, I am teaching uni and adult students in English and History.
