Yolanda is the longest running hip hop teacher at Sydney Dance Company and specializes in teaching and building confidence in beginner dancers. She has choreographed for MTV, Channel V, Video Hits and Music Max. She recently won CHOREOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR-JNR DIV from Hoopdreams and GrooveTV who run the bigggest hip hop comps in Australia.

*Classes are run as courses with short goals being the focus. There is room to advance in 3 levels and challenge yourself as you improve.
*Usually 4wk, 5wk or 8wk courses.

COURSE COSTS:
$120 for 1hour a week on 8 week course.
OR
$75 for 1hour a week per 5 week course.

6.30pm-7.30pm Absolute beginners
7.30pm-8.30pm Advanced beginners
8.30pm-9.30pm Elementary/Intermediate

Adult Classes are open to 15 years and over. Most age ranges are people in their 20's and 30's. ADULT ABSOLUTE BEGINNER HIP HOP CLASS (for fun and fitness, a good introduction to dance)

"i'm too unco!" Never think you are to unco to learn. The Absolute beginner class is catered especially for you. All masters were once disasters. You have to step out of your comfort zone to start learning.

**Yolanda is one of the longest standing hip hop teachers for Sydney Dance
Company’s casual classes. Her choreography has been seen on various film clips
and live performances on Video Hits, Channel V, Rage, M.T.V and Music Max.

** Yolanda choreographs and mentors junior crew ‘Startime Krew’ who compete at an international level representing Australia.

**Hired to update a dance group before they performed with Snoop Dog in Las
Vegas (filmed by MTV).

** Chosen by Maz from MTV Australia to choreograph and appear in MTV‘s FULL
TANK, with finalists of Cleo Bachelor Of The Year.

**Yolanda was chosen to be photographed by award winning photographer
Alexia Sinclair for a coffee table book on 100 INSPIRATIONAL AUSTRALIAN
WOMEN. Titled “Women of the World“, it was released nationwide in David Jones
in 2007.

Yolanda also works as a performance coach and a vocalist (winning 2x L.A Music Awards)and is happy to guide any students wanting to get into performance on the Sydney Scene. Many past students who now work professionally, got their first professional job through

style is similar to movies "Step up 2" and "You got served".
