CLIENT TESTIMONIALS:
"We were so excited to learn that our daughter is the National Champion of the Storyathon writing competition in the upper primary category. She only started writing coaching with Amber at the beginning of the year. It’s amazing how much she has improved in just 3 terms. I’m sincerely thankful to Amber for all the effort she has put into bringing our daughter’s writing skills to an extraordinary level. We highly recommend you send your kids to Amber!" Wendy & Richard – Parents of Year 5 student

"You have worked magic! My once reluctant writer son was awarded an ICAS medal in writing today! Koji has a busy mind and used to find it difficult to put his wild thoughts into writing. Thank you for guiding him through a very structured approach, scaffolding his writing with top-class materials and nurturing him in a supportive environment. He particularly enjoys your very engaging narrative plots. Within a short time, he could already take off with his imagination and write freely, full of passion. We have seen significant personal growth in his training through persuasive writing as well - he has become a tough negotiator with well-organized arguments and strong critical thinking skill. As Koji said, ‘Life is not complete without Amber’s writing lesson!’ Koji always looks forward to writing lesson and we are so grateful for having you as his teacher! "
Carol – Year 3 parent

"Thank you Amber for your fantastic work. Our children's writing abilities have improved dramatically over a short time. Your unique way of teaching, coupled with your genuine caring nature, has produced outstanding results. Our child received a scholarship to a prestigious private school, and we strongly believe our child’s writing abilities played a big part. I highly recommend Amber if you want your child to do well in writing but also enjoy it. Amber is experienced and very knowledgeable. She enjoys teaching and is very resourceful. We will be forever indebted to Amber. Thank you."
Julie - Parent of Year 1 and year 5

"I’m so glad to have found Amber to be my daughter’s tutor. A very warm and lovely teacher, Amber has extensive expertise in teaching children how to read and write properly. Her unique way of teaching writing and vocabulary has enabled my daughter to develop her writing skills in a systematic way. With Amber’s wonderful guidance and support, my daughter’s writing has improved dramatically, and she has become such a confident writer capable of handling both persuasive and creative writings at a consistently high level for her age. Her enhanced writing skills have also helped her win a full scholarship to a prestigious school. I am sincerely thankful to Amber for all the support she has given to my daughter, without which my daughter would not have been able to achieve such an outstanding outcome. If you are eager to improve your child’s writing and vocabulary, I would strongly recommend you to send your child to Amber and I can assure you that you will not be disappointed."
Jing – Year 6 parent

"My Year 4 daughter has just won the one and only 2022 Year 5 Open Academic Scholarship to a prestigious private girls school! The scholarship will cover the full tuition fees for her next 8 years of education! It is incredible and we are so thrilled and humbled! We want to thank you for your excellent coaching, Amber. You did a marvellous job of teaching her the structure and vocabulary to score well on her test. You really improved her writing in the process. As a result, she achieved band 9 (the highest possible score) in her written expression! I would highly recommend your coaching class to anyone who wants to do well on such tests."
Cindy - Year 4 parent

"My child has done classes with both Amber and Helen for a couple of terms. Her recent NAPLAN result placed her in the top triangle (above Band 6) for Reading, Writing and Language Conventions. There is no doubt the quality of class material, teaching method and general support have helped her perform well. Thank you!"
Claire - Grade 3 parent

It’s an absolute pleasure to write this review for Amber and her writing course because it’s truly well deserved! This is, without doubt, the best and most comprehensive children’s writing course you could wish to sign up for. The programme is superbly structured and professionally put together with a lot of thought and care so that children won’t be overwhelmed at the beginning and can progress at their own pace. And just how Amber manages to keep the children engaged for TWO hours is beyond me – but somehow she manages it beautifully in a pleasant, calm and respectful manner – but, at the same time, not allowing any interruptions or fidgeting etc… MANY MANY thanks Amber – as Albert Einstein said, “It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge”
Fleur - Parent of Year 7 child

WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING:

"We were so excited to learn that our daughter is the National Champion of the Storyathon writing competition in the upper primary category. She only started writing coaching with Amber at the beginning of the year. It’s amazing how much she has improved in just 3 terms. I’m sincerely thankful to Amber for all the effort she has put into bringing our daughter’s writing skills to an extraordinary level. We highly recommend you send your kids to Amber!"
Wendy & Richard – Parents of Year 5 student

As Koji said, ‘Life is not complete without Amber’s writing lesson!’ Koji always looks forward to writing lesson and we are so grateful for having you as his teacher!"
Carol – Year 3 parent

Cindy - parent

"Thank you Amber for working with my daughter to help her achieve a High Distinction in her ICAS writing exam, 1st in English in at a Sydney-based private school, 1st in a number of other subjects which also require essay writing and the overall Academic Prize awarded to the top 2 students in the year."
Marina - Parent of a Year 8 child

The first thing I noticed about Amber was her detailed feedback, meticulously tailored to suit my daughter's learning needs. Not only this, she responded to my questions with the same level of interest, care and support. This made me rest assured when entrusting my daughter's learning journey to Amber, as I know she will attend to her individual needs. My daughter's writing has come forward in leaps and bounds in a very short time. The materials provided by Clever Fox are extremely helpful, carefully crafted, and outstanding in both content and quality. As a result, my daughter is becoming more familiar with complex sentences and language and is confident when using them in her work. Amber's unwavering encouragement and support has lifted her spirits and I look forward to seeing her continual improvement. Amber's care and sincere concern for her students' growth and development is unparalleled. Like me, you will only wish you occasioned upon her sooner.
Ayishah - Parent Year 6

"My child has done classes with both Amber and Helen for a couple of terms. Her recent NAPLAN result placed her in the top triangle (above Band 6) for Reading, Writing and Language Conventions. There is no doubt the quality of class material, teaching method and general support have helped her perform well. Thank you!"
Claire - Grade 3 parent

"Dear Amber. I cannot say thank you enough for making your class so interesting to participate in and in producing obvious progress in writing. We have invested a lot already in all kinds of different writing classes but we mostly ended up not continuing after the first class. My son developed a total refusal to participate over the past two years having experiences where he was just given a topic yet received little help. I was sceptical but decided to try already your writing classes that are “famous” in the parent community. What a huge surprise I had after a few weeks when my son actually started mentioning that his writing class was starting soon and it’s better go to set up a zoom meeting now. Next even bigger surprise was that he voluntarily started to do a homework without any reminders. All these changes started happening just after 4-5 weeks. Total smash was when my son left the breakfast table in a rush saying, “I don’t want to be late for Amber’s class”. He was 30 mins early! He is so looking forward to every class now and self-organising his time for a homework. Most important, he is very proud of his stories. Amber, joining your class was one of the best choices we have ever made. Our friend recommended your class and I would like to pass on this recommendation to all other parents and especially to those whose children are not interested in writing because they will become enthusiastic about writing with your help. Thank you again for helping my son to be a confident writer.
Daria – Year 6 parent

"I can clearly see the impact Amber has had on our kids these past 6 months. I highly recommend Amber's incredibly detailed and technical writing course, the school holiday workshops or private tuition. The way Amber teaches is not like your typical teacher. She is passionate, detailed, and extremely knowledgeable and will inspire and engage your child like no other. Our kids always leave her buzzing with ideas and inspiration. Thank you so much Amber for bringing out the very best in our children. I’m thrilled we have found such a high level of teaching support for our kids now in primary and well into high school."
Ray - Parent of Year 4 and 5 student

"I just received mid-year reports and both children (Y5 and Y4) earned the best results in English they have ever had. One child topped out English with an almost perfect score across all areas. The other, not far behind. Each child earned a personal best since starting school. I was so impressed to see how much they had improved over the space of 6 months. Thank you Amber!"
Janaia - Parent of Year 4 and 5 students
