Re David Mercer
Dear Sir, madam:
It is with great gratitude that I am able to write this reference for Mr. David Mercer as over the last five years, he has supported me in running the Special Education Program in a number of site locations with a variety of responsibilities and as a paid teacher and also as a volunteer.
David is a very convivial gentleman with the interests of students paramount. He is prepared sometimes to his detriment to take on the tough lessons and work with the most disengaged. He is prepared to work outside his subject areas. He does this willingly and at the end of the day debriefs with me on his progress with the students. He puts in a full day, does not complain if there is no preparation time and will go out into the playground and assist without a break. He is passionate about his job and seeks professional dialogue on recent professional development initiatives. He seeks new learning and is doing ongoing upgrading of his skills.
All the best for the future David
Sincerely, Anthony Flannigan M.ED Deception Bay Special Education Unit.

The rates are varied depending on the level of the student. Senior students are
$50 while junior is $40. Travelling is also a consideration but the money is not the aim.
The aim is to have children and adults learning and overcoming any difficulties. I have a
Maths Science tutor for senior students and university. He is an expert and I teach all
junior senior and university in English , History and social Sciences.
