I believe students will learn more if they have a regular hours of study each day, even just for a couple of hours. But most of all, eating healthy foods and sleeping well are all important to tackle the challenges of being a student. I do not believe that studies comes first before your health. Long and continuous hours of study will only drain students to the point of getting stress and anxious with unproductive/unsuccessful results.
I am very professional and helpful person. I will do my very best to help you understand concepts and/or principles that you don't understand so you will no longer be confused. But one thing I cannot guarantee is your grades.
