I am a passionate and enthusiastic tutor (and qualified Biology and English teacher up to SACE Stage 2) who loves nothing more than seeing my support and a student's hard work pay off. Consistent and reliable, I am interested in working with students who are ready to see improvement in their results, and I have had great success in the past with encouraging less motivated students to maximise their potential. I am currently taking on students looking for ongoing tutoring throughout 2018, and specialise in coaching senior secondary students through SACE.
I am particularly strong in English, Biology and Drama, and can also offer help in researching, structuring and writing assignments in a range of other subjects, including the humanities. Strong referencing skills, can also help with Maths up to year ten, background in chemistry at a tertiary level.
Tutoring is much more than simply a money making avenue for me, I am always willing to go the extra mile, investing my own time as well to achieve the best results with my students.
I am a previous employee of Queensland company A-Team Tuition, where I benefited from professional training in tuition, customer care and learning strategies. I am also a previous employee of the University of Adelaide, where I worked in research based learning and course design (American Literature).
I have tutored over twenty-five students in the last three years, ranging through primary,
secondary and tertiary levels.
I have provided exceptional support to ESL students, transformed D students into A
students, and demonstrated my professionalism and consistency as I worked with some of
those students for up to 2 years.

Rate may be adjusted depending upon student's location and duration of session. I find 1.5 hour sessions are generally most productive and beneficial for secondary students.
