Hi my name is Dr Gloria. My life's purpose is to help adults/parents, children and adolescents with learning and behaviour differences or life challenges. My commitment is backed by the highest level of qualifications holding a PhD ( USyd.), a MEd (Special Education) with Merit (USyd.) and a string of other degrees, diplomas, registrations and certifications in the field of education, disorders and life issues. I have a personal story in childhood which gives me generous empathy and even a dash of humour - anything is possible. My stance is this: although diagnoses may help provide some information, the worst thing anyone can do is to live the label you've been given. Everyone has ability across the rainbow of multiple intelligences _ if you need practical hands-on expertise, direction and warm positivity for home/personal, school, higher study and the work place come and see me.
From roles such as classroom teacher to state consultant in special education and school principal (I've taught every grade from early childhood through to secondary and even university) over three decades and across several continents, to life and parent coach ... and I have sole authored and published two books. What this means for you is that you get the benefit of decades of study, experience, research and 'know how' to solve your problems. You'll see the 'big picture', get direction, and be shown practical, new, immediately usable ways forward.
