Hi everyone!

I'm Mark, a dedicated and experienced tutor offering high-quality tuition in a range of HSC subjects. As a medical student at UNSW and a graduate of Sydney Grammar School with an ATAR of 99.85, I possess a deep understanding of the skills and knowledge required to maximise your ATAR and ultimately reach your dream degree.

With over 3 years of previous teaching and tutoring experience, both one-on-one and in group classes, I am well-versed in creating engaging and effective learning environments. Having been deeply involved in school life during my HSC year, being a school prefect, playing sports and having a leading role in the school musical as well, I've picked up a wide variety of study techniques applicable to all students to help them effectively maximise their learning without compromising their extracurricular activities.

My tutoring approach focuses on understanding rather than just memorization, and is centered around providing students with the knowledge and skills beyond just the scope of NESA, allowing them to fully excel in their actual HSC exams. Having tutored students of all ages (K-12), I can confidently change my mentoring approach to cater to individual needs. In addition to subject-specific tutoring, I can also offer guidance and preparation for medical interviews, leveraging my own experiences to help students succeed in the competitive application process.

- Exhibitioner's prize for 25 consecutive HD's (2022)
- Ranked 2nd internally in biology, ranked top ten internally in English, Latin Extension, Maths E1 and E2, Physics
- HSC all rounder (all band 6 subjects) with marks of 97 in math E1 and E2, 96 in physics, 49/50 in Latin Extension
- Well-versed in undegraduate medical preparation (currently studying at UNSW medicine)
