Hi! My name is Joanna. I'm a second-year studying a Bachelor of Commerce (International) at the University of New South Wales with a Distinction average. I have 2+ years of experience in tutoring year 7s to year 12s in Mathematics, Business Studies, Legal Studies and Hospitality.

My lessons and resources provided are flexible and will be structured to tailor to each student's individual needs. For private lessons, my rate is $55/hr for Preliminary and $60/hr for HSC students. These rates include after-hour support and extensive resources such as: - my personal summary sheets

- exam past paper questions up to date with the syllabus.

Experience

In year 11 (2019) I volunteered as a tutor in the Maths Peer-Assisted Study Session (Maths PASS) where I tutored several students in mathematics as part of the school program. Furthermore, I supported students who struggled with Mathematics through creating summary sheets and homework sheets, explaining concepts and answering any questions they may have.

Currently, I am tutoring several students in Maths, English, Business Studies and Legal Studies.

Qualifications

I graduated from Cherrybrook Technology High School in 2020, studying Mathematics Advanced, English Advanced, Business Studies, Legal Studies and Hospitality where I received several awards for academic excellence. I received a 92.95 atar with a band 6 in Mathematics Advanced, Legal Studies and Hospitality and a high band 5 in English Advanced and Business Studies.
