High School:
Graduated from MFAC in 2021 where I received straight A's for all six of my subjects (Maths Methods, Maths Specialist, Economics, Chemistry, Physics, English) and an ATAR score of 99.00. As a recent graduate I'm very familiar with the new ATAR system and QCAA syllabus and the academic demands of year 12. With first hand experience under the new ATAR system I can offer valuable insights into maximising assessment marks and implementing efficient study habits.

University:
I am currently attending the University of Queensland, where I'm completing a masters of data science and a bachelor of computer science (entry requirement of minimum ATAR 97). I'm in my third year of this course and have gained extensive knowledge in the following subjects:

- Mathematics: discrete math, linear algebra, numerical linear algebra, optimisation, calculus I-IV, differential equations
- Statistics: probability theory, descriptive and inferential stats, frequentist and bayesian stats
- Machine Learning: statistical learning, neural network architectures, deep learning and more
- Coding Languages: comfortable with Python, R, SQL, Java, Matlab and C
- Computer Science: artificial intelligence, quantum computing, computing fundamentals, algorithms, and complexity

I am based primarily on the Sunshine Coast and can offer in person tutorials on most days. I also offer online tutorials too, but generally tutoring face to face is better.

I am enthusiastic, I have a lot of patience and am keen to use my knowledge base and skills to encourage students to get the most out of their subjects and gain confidence in their abilities. I will be invested in your success and will try to help you achieve your goals.

Rates

I charge $50 per hour when tutoring at my place in Birtinya. If you'd prefer I come to you the hourly rate is increased by $1 per kilometre travelled.
e.g If I must drive 10km to reach you the hourly rate is then $60.
