I am very skilled at the senior Queensland mathematics curriculum including Methods, Specialist and General mathematics having been both a teacher of these subjects and an external marker for QCAA.

I am available evenings and weekends and usually tutor from my home in Caloundra but also take on online students where required.

I am a highly skilled educator with a commitment to lifelong learning and enthusiasm for mathematics which is infectious and rubs off on my students.

Experience

I have been tutoring students in mathematics and science for over 20 years. I am well versed in the Queensland mathematics curriculum having worked both as a high school mathematics teacher on the Sunshine Coast and as an external marker for the QCAA external senior assessment. I am currently working as a data scientist but still like to take on students as I find it very rewarding. I have a current working with children clearance (Queensland) and current teacher registration with Queensland College of teachers.
