I specialise in Maths, but may consider other subjects depending on my availability. I can travel to various locations on the Sunshine Coast.
I am retired, and therefore available most days, including weekends. I usually tutor from my home in Caloundra, but can travel to yours, within say 15 km, or even a public library.
In general, students should use their own textbooks and worksheets depending on what they require assistance with, whether that be classwork, assignments or exam preparation.
My University teaching experience taught me how to relate to many different students from different cultural backgrounds with different abilities which has been invaluable.
Structured lessons, or help with homework and assignments if requested. I am adaptable to all ages and skill levels. When first contacting me please indicate what Grade or level you are studying.
I find great satisfaction in helping students reach their full potential. Witnessing their progress and seeing them excel academically is incredibly rewarding. My primary area of expertise is mathematics, and I love the challenge of engaging with students and extending them to reach their best. I am a highly skilled educator with a commitment to lifelong learning and enthusiasm for mathematics, which is infectious and rubs off on my students.
