Since my childhood, teaching has been my passion. I have always enjoyed teaching and from my college days have been involved in this endeavor. I started my career as a teacher, by enrolling myself as a teacher volunteer with one of the local NGO's called Kartavya. Later, the drive for teaching led me to start an NGO, called Institute for Board Exams (IBE), which tutors and trains students to prepare for their CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) Senior School board exams. The Institute focuses on students from economically and socially backward classes and aims at promoting high-quality education at a very nominal fee. Two students from each batch, who are highly meritorious, are also rewarded with a complete fee waiver and an additional stipend. The institute at present has a total strength of 64 students and from the past three years, has been successful in developing students both academically and personally. The last batch students have graduated with flying colors with more than half of them securing 80% marks or more. There were also students who excelled by scoring a 10/10 CGPA(Cumulative Grade Point Average). At the Institute, I spend around three hours daily and are engaged in activities like teaching, Study material preparation, Exam Oriented training and career guidance counseling.
