Hello! I am a current UNSW Medicine student, and a 2018 graduate of Pymble Ladies' College where I was attending with a full 100% Academic Scholarship. In my HSC, I received an ATAR of 99.85, and was ranked highly in all my subjects - most notably, 2nd in Chemistry, 2nd in 4 unit Maths, and 3rd in Economics. As a top student there, I was Mathematics Captain, thus gaining extensive experience of teaching peers and younger students about a multitude of Mathematics topics across 2u, 3u and 4u Maths. Additionally, I have had 4 years teaching experience in Chemistry (both private and class settings), and am well versed with the new syllabus for these subjects. I have mentored over 100 students, and have taught the HSC Chemistry syllabus 15+ times. As a top student, I have picked up a number of tips and tricks in preparing for exams, revision and studying routines, which have influenced and added a personal touch to my teaching style. Further, I have access to a number of resources which I feel have contributed significantly to my academic achievements at school, as they contain a variety of questions and solutions which will broaden one's ability to think beyond the surface.

MEDICINE INTERVIEWS
As a current UNSW Medicine student, I was very vigorous in my approach to preparing for the interview, such as extensively going through a large question bank and other preparation materials, as well as reading books on medical interview preparation skills. Further, I have had experience with other Dentistry interviews, at USYD, the University of Adelaide, and UNSW Co-op. I can also provide tips on presentation and manner during the interview, and will share my personal first-hand experience with students who are willing to put themselves a step ahead of the rest of their cohort. I have had multiple students receive medicine offers in UNSW, University of Adelaide and University of Queensland.

The medicine interview is the final step in the selection process for studying medicine at UNSW, and is often feared by high school graduates as they have never been through an interview process before. It is a chance for students to secure a place even with slightly lower marks, but can also be the final obstacle where others with high scores do not make it through. Thus, it is important that you prepare for this final part in your journey towards studying medicine!
