Complete VCE Physics Specialists helped me achieve a Raw 50 study score! If you're undecided on whether to take up tutoring or not, let this be your sign.
I remember starting Year 12 Physics, struggling with complex and unique questions, and being unable to achieve the perfect scores I was aiming for - with consistent mistakes and an improper understanding of the content/marking bringing me down. I remember my first physics test (luckily not counted towards ranking), I had scored 62%, and was incredibly disappointed.
I couldn't have been more grateful however, to then have come across Complete VCE education. I was taken aback during the Sac preparation lessons I received from Complete, specifically from the differentiator questions and Mock SAC papers that I was given. They remained to be some of the highest quality resources I had in terms of studying throughout Unit 3 and 4, and helped me develop the confidence and academic advantage over my cohort that I needed to achieve the top rank in my school.
In the very same unit that I had once achieved a 62% in, I only dropped one mark in the motion SAC, and I felt like I had come across the gold mine of tutoring.
I felt I had a much deeper conceptual understanding than others, simply through attending their lessons and completing their high quality materials, as the difficulty of their questions really exposes how to apply the basic fundamentals you have learned, to challenging and unpredictable contexts.
Even during exam revision, going back and revisiting their resources helped to uncover all the missing gaps in my knowledge, and how to overcome and identify common mistakes to achieve perfect scores.
The tutors themselves at Complete, are all amazingly qualified, they explain concepts thoroughly and engagingly, and are determined to see their students strive and achieve the very best scores they can. I recall I would be genuinely excited for each lesson, and continuously surprised when the questions they covered were ones I would often get wrong/make a mistake; it was so refreshing to come across a tutoring place that had designated lessons to aid already high-achievers to further flourish at their schools.
Not only did they have exceptional lessons/resources, but I was also offered free academic consultations, and they even had an online community to join, where questions could be asked and answered within minutes.
I still remember on the 11th of December, being blown away and beyond ecstatic at my Physic's result, and thinking about how far I had come. Stop Hesitating!
Joining Complete VCE was an incredibly fruitful choice I made a quarter of the way through my year in 3/4 physics. Initially, I was hesitant, I wasnt doing bad in school and was definitely not behind on the content. Yet, I was always lacking the final few marks in SACs that would truly set me apart from my peers.
One day, I stumbled across Raphaels, a tutor in completes mock SAC walkthrough by pure coincidence on youtube and loved the simple way he broke down questions and how he emphasised the small, yet necessary details needed to be more than a normal high achieving student. Curious, I decided to contact the them, wishing to join Raphaels midway through the year.
Honestly, I was initially only searching for more resources and hoped that by joining the class, I would have access to the many mock exams and walkthroughs they provided. Yet even from the first trial lesson, I realised the loopholes in my knowledge, the small cracks in my foundation in Raphaels breakdown of the study design instead of the textbooks. The classes in person or even online were just as valuable as the question and exercise booklets I was given, if not more. Allowing me to have a comprehensive and deep understanding of the course.
Furthermore the structure of the classes involved a few weeks of learning new content focused on the study design, followed by classes solely focused on in depth breakdowns of high achieving questions (questions that set apart the high achievers and top achievers).
At the beginning of the year, I was achieving low 90s in my SACs, yet with the tailored help of Complete, I managed to further grow my limits, achieving 98% in my U3 electricity transmission SAC (one of the most notorious topics) and even 100% in the experimental design SAC.
With the final exam around the corner, stress levels are lower than ever due to the mock exam program in the final few weeks leading up to the exam and I feel more prepared than ever!
I truly believe that I wouldnt be here, especially my mental state, without the help of my tutor Raphaels incredible support and the resources and lessons that Complete had taught me.
Do not hesitate in making your choice, even the people who similar to me, think that 90% is good enough. You are only limiting yourself potential! |

We are glad our son is attending the Physics tutoring at Complete VCE as his familiarity and proficiency with the subject have both improved, with consistent improved performance in school testing that we hope will be reflected in SAC results given the programs focus on SAC questions. The comprehensive homework questions (and solutions) and video recorded lessons are very useful tools to build confidence, clarify concepts and give adequate practice opportunities prior to VCE or school testing. Complete VCE is one of the best places in Melbourne, all the tutors are very well experienced and the quality of teaching is like no other. They help to thoroughly understand each concept and as the classes have a low ratio of students to teachers it makes it very easy for students to ask questions to further clarify their understanding. The classes also follow the VCE study design and the teachers often refer to it during the class, furthermore the scheduling is very useful as you cover all the content required and there is always at least 3 revision lessons during which the tutors cover different exam skills and methods to succeed. A large shoutout to the tutor Eric, he is one of the best teachers there and he explains every topic in detail and uses many methods to explain complicated concepts especially in topics like electricity and energy conservation, he makes sure to have every student involved in the class and does multiple check ins to make sure no one is falling behind. He also goes further than most physics teachers and not only explains the formula but also the derivative and the use cases of each formula and explains multiple examples of it to ensure that we understand completely how to apply it. In addition they provide a wide variety of questions in their booklet which covers multiple scenarios and the questions are at a much more complicated level than ones which may be present in sacs and exams. Overall this is one of the best tutoring places for physics to attend and is extremely beneficial for any student planning on doing physics in VCE |

The only thing is the group classes are bigger than my actual school class, with there being 11 people, compared to 5 people at school.

I joined 2 months before my physics exam, struggling with almost all theory questions, Raph's class in short period of time had me prepared for all different kinds of theory questions that showed up on any exams along with tips on how to perform during an exam. I joined Raph's classes at Complete VCE for Physics a few months before my year 12 exams, and I've got to say, it is the best tutoring experience I've had. This man knows his stuff! He's got exam tips and tricks that will help you get through any exams. He simplifies complicated concepts so well that you'll understand it better than your teacher. He will prepare you so well for the course that studying Physics turns into studying Further Maths. (sorry)

Raph is an amazing, enthusiastic tutor! He has great knowledge and explanations of the content, which has been really beneficial. His classes have a structure that allows for learning and practice, greatly improving my understanding of the content. He was also able to organize a way for me to catch up on missed content! Would definitely recommend! |
