Sydney tutor in Chemistry

I travel to these locations
North shore, Northern Beaches

I provide: effective methods in delivering key concepts and content, HSC style questions, experienced understanding of the HSC marking, extensive content knowledge, years of experience with both classrooms and individuals.

As a current high school teacher, I have an extensive understanding of the Year 11 and 12 Chemistry Syllabus while being able to deliver content in a variety of ways to suit the students learning methods. Additionally, I have 3 years experience creating and marking HSC questions, allowing me to provide insight into how specific questions would be marked in line with the HSC.

I have found great success tutoring year 11/12 students throughout Chemistry, providing a variety of different strategies to suit the needs, abilities and learning styles of each individual. Each of my students have seen vast improvements across their content knowledge, consistently improving their assessment marks through the 2 year process.

Lessons focus on solidifying the necessary key concepts and theories, before providing application based HSC questions to develop critical thinking skills.

As a Science/Chemistry graduate, I have an extensive understanding beyond that of the Stage 6 Chemistry Syllabus, allowing me to provide an additional level of depth and context to everything I teach.

I’m currently offering my tutoring service for a few subjects being:
- Chemistry (stage 6)
- Junior Science
- Year 11 standard maths
- Junior Maths
