My name is Amanat. I am a full time Teacher with a Bachelors of Education and Masters in Mathematics.
Experienced tutor for VCE Maths (General, Methods, Specialist).
I help students build strong understanding and confidence. I have had experience teaching a variety of differently abled students ranging from ages 5- 15 years.
I also support students preparing for EduTest entrance and scholarship examinations. I can assist with Mathematical Reasoning, Numerical Reasoning and Mathematics, including exam-style questions, problem-solving strategies, time management and test preparation.
I also support students preparing for ATAR mathematics. I help with topics from VCE General Mathematics and Mathematical Methods including matrices, data analysis, financial maths, functions, algebra, probability and exam preparation. My focus is on building strong understanding and confidence so students can perform well in SACs and final exams. I am looking to support students studying in mainstream Primary school settings by offering tutoring services related to Mathematics based around the Victorian Curriculum. I have a Working with Children’s check and work in a school setting so am familiar with a variety of learning needs. I am available 5 days a week from 5:30pm - 7:30pm (negotiable), Saturday and Sunday (morning, afternoon, and evening)
I am available for online services or in-person services at my house. I am happy to provide one free trial session at your convenience.
