Melbourne tutor in Chemistry

VCE chemistry is not an easy subject. Students can easily fall behind, struggle with understanding or fail to recognise the detail expected at this level. I can help by providing clear teaching using the preferred learning style of the student and by being available to answer questions between sessions. Summaries, model answers and extra questions are available when needed.

I am currently enrolling students for weekly sessions for year 11 or 12. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are interested.

One-on-one sessions allow students the freedom to ask questions without embarrassment. Reduction of stress will allow students to concentrate more on thinking about the topics studied, and thus achieve their maximum potential. All one-on-one sessions are online using Zoom.

Experience

I am a registered VCE chemistry teacher of more than 30 years experience teaching and tutoring years 11 and 12. I am very familiar with the subject matter of the course and the skills needed to succeed. I can help students learn to analyse exam questions, and improve their written answers in order to maximise their study score and ATAR. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and interest in chemistry with student of all abilities.
I am currently enrolling students for revision holiday sessions and weekly sessions in term 2.
