I'm an experienced Science and Maths teacher With a warm, relaxed approach to tutoring. I connect easily with young people and create an environment where students feel comfortable being themselves, asking questions and getting things wrong without feeling judged.
I'm friendly, patient and very approachable, and I build an easy rapport with young people. My students know they can ask questions without feeling hesitant. I explain difficult concepts in clear, simple ways and adapt my teaching to suit the individual students rather than using a one-size-fits all approach. Whether its help in catching up, building confidence, understanding difficult concepts or extending their skills, my aim is to make learning less stressful and help them realise they are more capable than they think.

I am an experienced secondary school Science and Mathematics teacher with over 20 years of experience. I have taught across a wide range of abilities and particularly enjoy one-to-one teaching.
