I am a passionate, experienced and enthusiastic teacher, with 34 years of experience. Thus, I am a tutor who will facilitate desired improvement and success for students in English and Literature. I am now semi-retired, so that I can pay greater attention to my tutoring students.
I have supported and guided many students to attain scores of 40+ including perfect score of 50 in both English and Literature. Many students end the year by saying "I could not have done it without you! "
By paying close attention to helping students plan and structure their essays confidently, I show students how to effectively integrate accurate and insightful textual evidence which bolsters their analysis immeasurably. I also provide many opportunities for how to improve essay responses, which includes clear and effective topic sentences.
I am centrally located in BRIGHTON, close to Gardenvale station.

"I am a student who did not come from an English background. However, through Daniela's guidance throughout the year, I have managed to gain a study score of 41. She defintely knows her ins and outs of the English VCAA system as suggested from her qualifications. From my first few lessons with her, it was evident that she wants her students to succeed and is passionate in the subjects that she teaches. Her timetable is very organised and flexible so that students are able to change dates with ease. She explains concepts and themes very clearly and wants students to understand them well even to the point of constantly challenging students' thinking such as asking for explanations and how they came to their conclusions. Trust me, when you are challenged on the spot, you will learn and remember faster. Furthermore, her method of structuring essays are simplistic and effective, ensuring that students are able to write efficiently once the exams approach. When sending essays to her over email, feeding is straight to the point and it is received in a timely manner. Like with all tutors, you need to put in the work and not solely rely on them, however I believe that Ms Ouzecky will give you the best chance of getting that prestigious 40."
