$45/hour One-on-One Mathematics Private tutor for Year 3 to Year 10 students! - Limited Spots Available

Hi there!

I'm Edwin, and I'm a retired IT professional with over 30 years of experience in building financial systems. Tutoring has been something that I've enjoyed doing since I was a university student many years ago when I worked part time as a private tutor. I've always had an interest and enthusiasm for mentoring and helping students reach their potential, and now that I'm retired, I am revisiting this long-time passion of mine with the goal of helping the younger generation achieve bigger and brighter results. I've had over 3 years of experience providing tuition to school students, and under my mentorship, I have had students obtain admission into medicine.

I have always been very interested in mathematics myself as a subject, and I also believe that it is the subject that is very important across many scientific fields. A good understanding of mathematics is also imperative for many aspects of daily life, including accounting, taxes, running a business, and in dealing with other professionals in the future.

My philosophy for mathematics is that it is a subject that requires a solid foundation to be built from a young age to be carried forward to higher levels. It is only through having a solid foundation that a student is able to succeed in understanding the more complex concepts, which start to increase greatly in difficulty from the start of secondary school onward.

I'm now offering limited spots for One-on-One tutoring.
