During the FREE first lesson, I will assess the student's current English level, identify their strengths and learning gaps, discuss their academic goals, and create a personalised learning plan. Even if you decide not to continue, you will leave with a professional diagnostic assessment outlining the student's current level, strengths, and the areas that will have the greatest impact on their improvement. At worst, you receive a completely free lesson and valuable insight into the student's English ability, with absolutely no risk.

For VCE English, lessons closely follow the VCAA Study Design and assessment criteria. I help students develop the exact skills assessors look for in high-scoring responses, including essay structure, sophisticated analysis, effective use of evidence, and exam strategy. Over the past 6 years, I have helped students from Year 3 through to VCE build confidence, strengthen their writing, improve their analytical thinking, and achieve their academic goals. Every lesson is tailored to the individual student, ensuring they receive the support, challenge, and guidance they need to succeed.

For primary students (Years 3–6), I focus on developing strong foundations in reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, spelling, creative writing, persuasive writing, and effective communication.

For secondary students (Years 7–10), lessons become more advanced, covering analytical writing, text response, persuasive language, essay structure, comprehension, and preparation for school assessments and exams.

For VCE English, I teach directly in line with the VCAA Study Design, ensuring students develop the exact skills assessed in SACs and the final examination. I have an in-depth understanding of the assessment criteria, examiner expectations, and what separates average responses from high-scoring ones.
