At Global Learning Centre, we place student engagement and wellbeing first, providing holistic academic support through 1:1 virtual lessons for international and domestic students attending or preparing to attend Australian schools, so every student can thrive and achieve extraordinary goals.

Our online lessons at the Global Learning Centre are personalised and structured to suit each student’s needs and goals, with each student having a dedicated Learning Mentor. We provide structured 1:1 online lessons for students, with guided feedback and clear strategies that students can apply independently in their schoolwork.

?We have an amazing team of passionate and dedicated Learning Mentors working with us, each of whom acts as a learning coach and curriculum-specific expert. Each Learning Mentor is specifically chosen and matched to our students, based on their individual learning needs.

GLC LESSON AVAILABILITY:
?We offer lessons between 4pm-8:30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and all day on Saturdays.
?Our lessons extend throughout the Australian school term
?Students can have one or more lessons a week, depending on their needs
?We also offer teaching during the school holidays

Experience

All our Learning Mentors at Global Learning Centre have demonstrated strong academic achievement at leading schools and are highly knowledgeable in their speciality areas. Many of our Learning Mentors are currently undertaking undergraduate or postgraduate studies at prestigious universities, pursuing careers in fields such as medicine, nursing, education, science, mathematics, law, and entrepreneurship.

Sydney Press's Experience (Learning Mentor at GLC)
?I am an experienced Tutor and Learning Mentor with five years of experience supporting primary and secondary students across Australia. I also act as the Director of the Global Learning Centre, and I am passionate about helping students build confidence, strengthen their academic skills, and develop a positive and motivated approach to learning.

?I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Primary Teaching, and have extensive experience supporting both domestic and international students, particularly those from English as an Additional Language (EAL) backgrounds. I specialise in helping students improve their English fluency, academic writing, academic and study skills, and confidence in speaking and communication.
