I am a PhD Graduate (Monash, Caulfield, Australia) with 9+ years teaching experience at Monash and The University of Melbourne. I have 25 years of business and management experience prior to first starting teaching (I started my first computer software business at the age of 14). I grew up in a family business that is well-known around Australia (and parts of the world). I have worked in finance, advertising, my own businesses, as a State Manager, as a sales manager, and I’ve sold to all manner of people and executives. I have worked in Australia and China, and globally. I have developed extensive knowledge of how managers work, think and what they are seeking from employees.
