Canberra tutor in Algebra, Calculus, Chemistry, English, English Literature, Essay Writing, Geometry, Maths Methods, Maths Specialist

Hi! I'm Irene, I graduated from Narrabundah College in 2024 and I'm currently studying Medicine at UNSW. 🩺

I am an attentive tutor specialising in English, Chemistry, and Maths tutoring for students from year 10 to 12. I'm committed to helping my students reach their full potential and achieve their goals through personalised tutoring lessons and learning strategies. I'm always open to new ideas and love sharing my own experiences to work together towards building sustainable learning strategies for my students.

My lessons aim to build a strong foundational understanding of the unit rather than surface-level memorisation, well-equipping students to independently and confidently apply their knowledge in complex, unfamiliar problems. Each student is unique in their tutoring goals, strengths, and weakness, hence I offer free 20 minute online consultations where we can discuss what your tutoring journey would look like before proceeding!

As your tutor, my goal is to create a positive learning environment where you feel supported every step of the way, not just in your academics but also in navigating the stress and management of college.

Students will receive:
⭐ Personal collection of top-student essays and reports
⭐ Online text support outside of lesson hours
⭐ Individualised marking and feedback
⭐ Extra practice questions and textbook material
