I am a fully qualified primary school teacher with a Bachelor of Education (Primary) from Deakin University. I graduated in 2012 with a distinction average and have been teaching full-time in local primary schools ever since.

Over the past 12 years, I have taught across all primary year levels and developed a strong understanding of the Victorian Curriculum. I have extensive experience supporting students who are working below the expected level, helping them build foundational skills, close learning gaps and develop greater confidence in themselves as learners.

I adapt each session to meet the individual needs of the student, using evidence-based strategies, scaffolded support and targeted intervention to support their progress and success.

My approach always begins with building a strong, trusting relationship, because I believe connection comes first.

I am confident teaching all areas of the primary curriculum, including Reading, Writing and Mathematics. I am passionate about helping students grow in both confidence and capability, and I enjoy tutoring learners across all primary year levels.

Each tutoring session is carefully planned, engaging and tailored to your child’s individual learning needs. Lesson plans are available for parents to view, and any assessment data collected will remain strictly confidential.

I am currently registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).

I offer tutoring from my residence in Geelong West, online via Zoom, or in your home throughout the Geelong area. A small travel fee may apply depending on location.

Sessions typically run for 60 minutes, with flexibility for shorter or extended sessions where appropriate.
