I've been passionate about teaching ever since I started tutoring for Australia's Adult Migrant English Program nearly 30 years ago. With a Bachelor degree in Classics, English literature, and history, Masters degree in information management, experience as a personal tutor, corporate trainer, and university lecturer, and scholarly publications in academic journals and conferences, I can teach you anything about the English language, literary analysis, and academic writing and speaking skills.

I take care to assess you in your lesson for free, then collaborate with you to design a personalized curriculum based on your needs and goals. I have pre-written courses of 6-16 classes for most of the subjects I teach, and can adapt any of them to your needs or write you something completely new at your request.

My courses are structured logically, with clear goals and detailed task explanations, so you always know what we're doing and why. I provide relevant textbooks, as well as my own course overviews, two page quick reference handouts, and detailed workbooks to support your learning.
