"Joe had such a close eye for detail, always thoroughly checking my work, and provided exceptional guidance whenever I needed further clarification. He had a strong command of the syllabus and exposed me to a variety of texts, including films, to broaden my understanding of key concepts. His approachable nature and adaptability made learning engaging, and his clear communication ensured I stayed on track. His support ultimately played a crucial role in my success in my final year of school. I never had a strong enjoyment for English, but Joe’s teaching approach made it far more engaging and enjoyable. He broke down complex ideas in a way that was easy to understand, which helped me build confidence in the subject."
