I have previously been employed by an elite tutoring company and have tutored maths for 5 years. I received high band 6/E4 in Advanced and Extension maths in the HSC and my ATAR was in the high 90s. I am a University Graduate with a combined Commerce and Arts degree from the University of New South Wales, I graduated with a Distinction average.

I tailor each lesson to suit the students requirements. I currently offer online tutoring for students in Years 5 to 10 as well as Standard Maths and Advanced Mathematics for Years 11 and 12. (I have previously tutored Year 11 and 12 students undertaking Mathematics Extension).

I have a proven track record of boosting students' grades within only one term. I cater to all abilities and aspirations. I have helped many students at competitive schools move into extension classes and accomplish top grades in the HSC. I have enabled students who were previously at the bottom of the class and failing every maths exam, to achieve average grades at their schools.

I create a calm and supportive environment which is ideal for the many students I have taught who find studying maths stressful. I also effectively challenge the extension students. I chat and build a rapport with all my students so that children enjoy lessons with me - even the least enthusiastic teenagers!

I teach children the conceptual framework of maths so they understand the content and are able to think independently, not just robotically plug in formulas to work out answers.

I ensure students are up to date with all the required knowledge in line with the school syllabus. I also assist high school students with their homework.

I tutor students online in all Australian states, I cater to each state's syllabus and have online textbooks for all states.

I am currently offering one-to-one online tutoring via Zoom, I have a range of apps and devices that enable effective online. I have all the textbooks online, I use a digital writing pad and Microsoft OneNote to show my working out. I also utilise zoom's screen sharing and annotation features - which enables my students to show their writing.

My students find private zoom lessons an entirely different experience to the school class zoom lessons they had during lockdown at school. My students affirm that private online lessons are personalised, seamless and very beneficial to them.

I have experience teaching students with a range of special needs including; ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, non-verbal and Anxiety Disorder.

I charge $60 per hour.
