An experienced teacher of almost 20 years, I know the English curriculum and the new study design. I am a senior English teacher with a Masters from the University of Melbourne, and have been a registered English teacher since 2003. I have undertaken VCAA exam marking training.

Calm, knowledgeable and kind - I want students to learn how they can achieve their best. I’ve been helping students experience success in English for 20 years. I am passionate about the subject, knowledgeable about the VCE study design and keen to help students improve their success in English.

As a literacy intervention specialist, I have a love of helping students who struggle in English learn how to get results. I have also taught Literature, and can work with students who are good at English but want to excel. Getting Bs? Let’s raise those to As in time for your VCE exams.

What I will do:
- assist students with understanding, ideas development and mastering of texts
- creative writing structuring and improvement, no matter what your skills - essay writing, including development of, and mastering of appropriate language, successfully structuring ideas, deconstructing essay topics and meeting the criteria requirements for all tasks
- Others skills as required based on year level and task for English

Graduate Diploma of Education (English secondary teaching)

Bachelor of Arts majoring in Literature, Journalism and Creative writing (Honours)

Master of Arts - Literature
