With 30 years of teaching experience, I develop rewarding programs aimed at improving students’ learning and achievement to reach their individual potential. I have experience in all primary and middle year levels with expertise in developing individual programs for all students with differing abilities and various learning styles. I am happy to work with students of various capabilities and focus on developing confidence, skills, knowledge, and conceptual understanding.
I thoroughly enjoy teaching and it has been part of my life for 30 years. In particular, it is wonderful to work one on one with students, who may become lost in the regular classroom. It is of a great reward to see students flourish and achieve their personal goals. By implementing scaffolding techniques to assist all students to reach appropriate levels and to enrich and extend when they have the skills to do so, is an individual methodology which ensures success.
