Salve! Hi! ***Italian tutor!***
5.0 (3 student reviews)
Ciao a tutti, I am an Italian who grew up in Italy and I am fluent in Italian, English, Venetian and also get by in French and Spanish. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Language Studies majoring in French with a minor in Spanish. I love
and am fascinated by languages, even those I do not speak.
When in Italy, I used to tutor English to school children. I have also worked in Singapore as a translator and interpreter for the Italian Trade Commission. In Australia, I have many years of experience teaching Italian to child-care and pre-primary aged children. I also tutor a number of high school students by helping them prepare for their Italian ATAR units and exams.
In addition, I have a number of mature age clients who enjoy learning the language not only as a personal goal but also as mental stimulation keeping their brains active.
My focus is working with clients from Year 7 students to mature age individuals only.
I assist in all aspects of the language: written, speaking, oral and aural comprehension. I can customise a program that works for you!
Dai chiamami! A presto!

"From the moment I contacted Lucy to tutor my daughter, I was impressed with her professionalism. My daughter started to attend tutions with Lucy and enjoyed every moment with her. Lucy is a committed and dedicated teacher and has the knack of bringing out the best in her students. My daughter learnt correct pronunciations, correct grammar and to converse in Italian. My daughter recently passed her year 12 exams and we were very pleased with her Italian results, and attribute her success to Lucy's input. During the 2 years my daughter attended tutions with Lucy, Lucy communicated with me as and when needed. I have no hesitation in recommending Lucy to any one who would like to learn Italian."
