I am a Mathematician, educator and advocate for quality education who has studied Education and Master
of Mathematical sciences at QUT. I am also a former high school mathematics teacher.

Based on my extensive experience of working with students from various cultural, cognitive and socioeconomic backgrounds; I have realised that the majority of students face significant struggles in understanding the fundamentals in mathematics and it is these underlying foundations that deter so many young individuals from achieving their remarkable yet so often unrealised potential.

I feel committed to support students in order for them to believe in their own ability and be high achievers in mathematics. I try to assist students in gaining self-confidence through the development of sufficient problem solving skills.

I tailor my teaching style to the individual student's unique learning needs. This provides an opportunity for the students to enjoy their learning and view the subject as interesting and approachable
