I am available 7 days a week. Students can email me after contacting me through the form. Lessons will be held through google meet and will typically take place in the evenings, however I am flexible so feel free to let me know what time suits you the best. I enjoy teaching others concepts and watching them finally be able to tackle the problems they've struggled with.

As a physics student, I am capable of teaching maths and physics for any year level, as I have spent many years learning and fueling my curiosity for the sciences. I enjoy teaching maths and physics, because it is very rewarding to watch someone go from having a difficult time with the topic, to see them enjoy and understand their material.

I am also happy to take classes over the summer holidays to prepare students for the upcoming school year.

For VCE Physics, Methods and Specialist Maths, I will be referring to the Edrolo/Cambridge textbook, Checkpoints, and past exam papers, but feel free to send over the material you are using. For younger year levels, please let me know in advance what exactly you need assistance with.

The lessons will be 1 hour long and I will take a few minutes in the first lesson to get to know the student. Ideally, before the lesson, the student should let me know what they would like me to help them with so I can prepare the correct materials to help the student better. I can teach the student certain courses by referring to textbooks and going chapter by chapter, or I can help the student with immediate assignment or homework questions. I am happy to accommodate to each student's needs.

Experience

I have helped young children with basic math and taught them basic math operations over the past few years. I work patiently with them and I try my best to help them understand the concepts behind the questions. During year 12, I worked with my peers to help teach them how to solve certain physics and maths problems, while also ensuring they understood the theory behind it.

I have helped many students prepare for their exams and tests, and see positive changes in their grades. I am currently working with tutoring for excellence and helping my students see positive results.

I have also taught and planned lessons in a group setting as a part of a volunteer tutoring program for VCE students to give them a head-start.

Qualifications

I graduated from Elizabeth Blackburn School of Sciences (University Highschool) in 2023 with an ATAR of 92.10, with 40 in Physics, 40 in Maths Methods, and 39 in Specialist Maths.

I am a third year student at the University of Melbourne doing a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Physics. Alongside my degree, I am undertaking a concurrent Diploma in Computer Science.
