I am a registered physics teacher in Queensland ready to help. Your tutoring will be centered around instruction and a weekly at-home problem solving exercise to monitor your progress and ensure there are no gaps in your knowledge come November. In short, your progress will be measurable. My experience is that my students really enjoy progress in problem solving that is done at home. Also, parents appreciate the available and quantifiable feedback on progress.

I have taught in the Australian Defence Forces and extensively in the Secondary Education sector in Queensland teaching Physics and Mathematics in both QCE and IB. I am a former a member of the Queensland Studies Authority Physics Panel and have an excellent knowledge of what you require to succeed in Physics. I have also completed Level 2 IB Physics professional deveopment and Level1 TOK.

Experience

I have extensive teaching experience in the Secondary Education sector in
Queensland teaching Physics and Mathematics. I was a member of the Queensland
Studies Authority Physics Panel for 7 years and I have taught in the Australian Defence
Forces.

Qualifications

I have a BSc Physics Major from the Australian National University and a BA from the
University of Canberra.
