Hello, I am a qualified, experienced and passionate teacher with over twenty years of teaching and tutoring experience. I currently work at one of Melbourne's top public schools and as a result have a wide range of dynamic and progressive teaching strategies in my knowledge bank. I have worked with students at all levels to achieve their goals in areas of consolidation, extension and extra support. I am able to differentiate learning according to student need and current ability, and tailor learning experiences to build skills and knowledge effectively. I have supported students to achieve top results in VCE English and History Revolutions. I am also an experienced VCAA Examiner in History Revolutions with five years experience. I look forward to hopefully working with you and your family.

For the remainder of 2026, I am only looking to take on VCE students to prepare for their exams. Given the significant work in knowing a text well enough to tutor or teach it, I am only able to take on students studying the following texts at Year 12 level: The Memory Police, High Ground, Bad Dreams or Sunset Boulevard.

I am also only available for tutoring between 4.30-6.30 on Thursday afternoons, and from 9-10 on Saturday mornings.

schools for over ten years, and a highly performing private school, I am experienced and prepared with the most
innovative teaching techniques to assist your learning needs. I am an experienced
English teacher and I am passionate about helping young people achieve their best. I have taught VCE English, both Year 11 and 12 for over ten years and have an intricate understanding of the study design and requirements to achieve well on the end of year examinations. I have tutored students for many years, in group and individual settings.

I am looking to tutor Year 11 or 12 students completing mainstream English. I will only take on students studying texts I am already very familiar with. In Year 12, this is The Memory Police, High Ground, Bad Dreams and Sunset Boulevard.
