Forget about tutors who will teach you how to 'write' essays. There is no point in learning how to 'write' quality essays, if you cannot think for yourself.

I believe that in order to score well in English, you must adopt a nuanced, critical way of thinking - if you can think well, you can write well. Articulation is something we can easily fine tune. Meanwhile, developing the way you think is a marathon. I am passionate about getting you the marks you need to achieve your goals.

I also provide a comprehensive, structured tutoring course for the GAMSAT Section 2.

I graduated as a HSC All Rounder Achiever with a 99+ ATAR. After completing my Bachelor of Biomedicine, I am now a 3rd year medical student (MD3) at the University of Melbourne.

*I completed HSC 2U and 3U as an accelerated student in Year 11 and 4U in Year 12, hence why I have marks for all 2U, 3U and 4U.Since high school, I have experience in tutoring as I was both a Mathematics and Science subject leader/tutor whereby I helped with homework questions, past papers and reiterate difficult concepts to student.

Beyond this, I have private tutored many students and helped them improve not only their subject scores, but their level of engagement and obtain that "A-ha!" moment.

English Essay Writing:
I was once in your position where I simply just didn't "get it", where nothing really made sense and I had no idea where to start when writing an essay. It was devastating since I had great results for my stronger science-y subjects and it felt like English was going to be the home-wrecker.
I have experience in breaking down essays into concepts that target what the markers are actually looking for, and will help you develop SKILLS to write an essay.

I also tutor for Section 2 of the GAMSAT exam, where I have extremely comprehensive knowledge and passion for the particular style of essays they want. If you have no idea where to start, or would like to see any areas of improvement, feel free to enquire!
