Hi,

I’m Tracy, a qualified teacher with over 25 years of experience helping students from around the world to achieve their English goals. I specialise in ISLPR, IELTS and PTE preparation, Academic English and English support for secondary school students. I also work with university students, professionals, new migrants and adults who want to improve their general English.

I have taught in Australian, British and Chinese secondary schools and have extensive experience preparing international students for entry into undergraduate and master’s degree programs at the University of Adelaide.

My approach to teaching

I believe that every student is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to learning. I take the time to understand each student’s goals, strengths and challenges, and I adapt my lessons to suit their needs.
For me, learning is not just about improving academic skills. Confidence, motivation and feeling comfortable enough to ask questions and make mistakes are also important. I use clear explanations, practical examples and plenty of support to help students develop their skills and become more confident and independent learners.

Australian qualified teacher + 25+ years' experience + ISLPR/teacher-registration + international/student pathway experience + secondary teaching experience.

I am a qualified teacher - BA, DipEd, CELTA - with more than 25 years teaching experience. I have extensive experience in preparing students for ISLPR, IELTS and PTE. Also, I have taught English and academic skills in Australia, the UK, Germany and China and have worked extensively with international students preparing for secondary study, university and professional registration.
