? Hi everyone! I’m Serena :)
I’ve been living in Australia since 2012 and am a fully registered teacher in both Victoria and South Australia, with a Bachelor of Education (Early Years & Primary). I currently work full-time as a Year 2 classroom teacher in Melbourne.

? I tutor primary Maths and English, specialising in Prep–Year 3 but also supporting Years 4–6. With extensive training in phonics and early literacy, I’m confident in helping children build a strong foundation in English. For Maths, I take a creative, engaging approach to problem-solving so learning feels fun and rewarding.

? I also tutor Mandarin. Before becoming a primary teacher, I worked as a Mandarin teacher and have since taught over 1, 000 online lessons for children and adults. Whether you’re just starting with pinyin or looking to practice conversational Mandarin, I’ll tailor each lesson to your needs.

? My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and enjoyable learning environment that builds confidence and skills.

? Availability:
Thur & Fri: 5–8pm | Sat & Sun: 10-7pm (other times negotiable)

Feel free to contact me (DM/text only) with any questions — I’d love to help!
