By listening to my students and identifying their individual needs and requirements, I can tailor my teaching-skills and experience to address each individual student’s concerns or difficulties in the most appropriate and suitable way for them. The groundwork for success in maths is achieved by encouraging my student's interest and nurturing their confidence. Through developing a true understanding of basic mathematical concepts and then building on this I give my students a thorough and applicable knowledge of the content. This, together with comprehensive practice in answering questions, gives students the best grounding for success. I am passionate about teaching, about mathematics and about helping my students succeed. I am available to tutor Middle School and Senior/High School in particular Year 11 and Year 12 Maths Methods and Maths Applications in the Australian system. Having taught in Ireland I am also familiar with the Irish curriculum and available to teach all secondary school levels of Mathematics and I have also worked with university students in both Australia and Ireland.
As an online tutor I have greater time flexibility to suit student availability.
