Hi, my name is Raymond. I am a 99+ ATAR graduate from Baulkham Hills High School with more than four years of tutoring experience at Talent 100, one of Sydney's established tutoring centres.

I am now offering small-group OC and Selective School preparation in Epping for students who would benefit from structured teaching, clear explanations and more personalised support.

Each class is limited to a maximum of five students, allowing me to better understand each student's strengths, weaknesses and recurring mistakes.

MY TEACHING APPROACH

I do not believe students improve simply by completing more worksheets.

My approach is to identify why a student is losing marks, explain the underlying concept clearly and then provide targeted practice to help them improve.

Lessons may include:

* Guided examples and worked solutions
* Targeted practice based on individual weaknesses
* Strategies for unfamiliar question types
* Exam timing and question-selection techniques
* Review of recurring mistakes
* Regular and honest feedback for parents

Students will be encouraged to ask questions, explain their reasoning and develop greater confidence when working independently.

With no more than five students in each class, I can:

While no tutor can guarantee entry into a particular school, I can provide experienced teaching, structured preparation, honest feedback and a class in which each student's progress is closely followed.
