Hi!

My name is Jana and I am currently a third-year university student pursuing a double degree in Biomedical Engineering and Neuroscience at UWA. Pursuing a maths-orientated degree has allowed me to develop a far deeper understanding of Mathematical concepts, allowing me to teach students in a simple and easy manner. Having conquered the challenges of Year 11 and 12 ATAR Methods and Specialist, and Year 7 to 10 Maths, I'm excited to not only share the tips and tricks I learned along the way to gain a better understanding of the concepts but also share practical tips and exam/studying advice that I had found highly beneficial.

As mentioned in the description, I am doing 1-1 online tutoring which means I have a lot of flexibility in allocating time. This also means that I am readily available to answer questions outside the allocated tutoring time.

Throughout my high school life, I have always been able to help my fellow classmates with their work and help prepare them for exams and tests. This has allowed me to develop both interest and the necessary experience to tutor students. I have accumulated numerous past papers, worksheets and tests from my years in year 11 and 12 methods which I believe will be very useful for current or future year 11 and 12 methods students.

Qualifications

-SCSA Certificate of Distinction
-Achieved an ATAR of 97 (Subjects: Methods, Specialist, Physics, Economics and English)
-I am currently pursuing a degree that is focused on Math allowing me to have a deeper understanding of key concepts.
-High Distinctions in all University level Math units
